Rosemary Garlic Sourdough:
Fresh rosemary leaves and cloves are garlic are chopped and mixed throughout the dough in this delicious loaf with extra Himalayan pink sea salt in the crust. This bread is a fantastic dinner loaf, sandwich bread, or just for dipping in olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough:
This bread has grated, sharp cheddar cheese and chopped, pickled jalapeños mixed
throughout. It is incredibly flavorful and spicy, and makes an out-of-this-world sandwich bread.
Black Sesame and Roasted Garlic Sourdough:
This one has been an instant hit – and it’s my favorite too. I roast garlic for hours until it’s deeply caramelized and bursting with flavor, then fold it into the dough with black sesame seeds. The result is a bread that gets eaten plain, and disappears within minutes every time.
