Hi friends!I am so excited to announce that my new beast of an oven is up and running on all three decks!! This opens up some great opportunities for baking new breads, pastries, bagels, and much more in the coming year. This next week is dedicated to testing out bake times, temperatures, and steam levels. I can’t wait!
For the Wednesday market on 1/27, I’ll be making the following:
– cranberry pecan sourdough -$8
– white sourdough – $7
– cinnamon rolls – $3 each or $15 for 6
– chocolate chip cherry kefir scones – $3 each or $15 for 6
– box special: 1 loaf of sourdough (white or cranberry pecan) and 6 pastries (cinnamon rolls or kefir scones) – $20
