New Breads and Where to Find Them!

Whoops!! I really let this week get away from me - it was a busy one!

On Thursday I had the pleasure of speaking to a Rotary Club meeting about the benefits of sourdough and how the fermentation process works. Then on Saturday I was vending at the first of the Miami County Farmers and Market Place, hosted by Casa Somerset. It was rainy and cold but I still sold out of nearly everything! So much love for everyone who came out and supported me and the other vendors - I'm so happy to be back in a weekend market!

Tomorrow, Monday 4/12, will be the first day I will have bread on the shelves at Your Local Market, which is sharing the space with Spot on Nutrition at the corner of Broadway and 1st in downtown Louisburg! I will be making two special breads - - half whole wheat sourdough loaf with a seeded crust (the flavor on this one is phenomenal)- purple sweet potato sourdough loaf (it's purple!!)These breads will only available at Your Local Market. Since this is the first week I'll have bread on their shelves, I'm making only a limited amount, and if there's demand, I'll up that quantity!

Hours are:
12 - 6, Monday - Friday
11-3, Saturday - Sunday

They also have a ton of locally raised meat and eggs, tamales from Jackie's Tamales, coffee from Brew & Brew, local honey and pickles, jams and pie fillings....so much good stuff.

Happy Sunday!
Gail
